Lead Generation Executive (Outbound Calling)

About the role

ABS International, a direct US principal established in 2009 with over 200 professionals, is hiring Lead Generation Executives at its Gulistan-e-Johar branch in Karachi. This is an entry-level, permanent, full-time, on-site role for confident communicators who want to start a career in international business. You will make outbound calls to US-based prospects, gauge their interest and identify genuine opportunities, then pass qualified leads to the senior sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and start conversations
• Gauge prospect interest and identify genuine business opportunities
• Pass qualified leads to the senior sales team
• Follow full training on starting conversations, qualifying leads and handling calls professionally

Required profile

• Good spoken and written English, as you speak with US contacts every shift
• Students with strong English are welcome; prior call center, BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Confident, motivated and eager to grow
• Full availability Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, on-site at the Johar branch
