Client Success Manager (Level 2)

About the role

The Client Success Manager (Level 2) will be the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience across all touch points. You will own the health of assigned accounts, drive operational excellence, and act as the escalation point for any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end customer service experience and serve as the main contact for escalations.
• Maintain overall operational health of accounts, monitoring SLA compliance and key metrics.
• Produce internal reports to track performance and ensure targets are met.
• Conduct regular business reviews with account managers and clients.
• Collaborate with PMO, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for deployments, inventory control, and delivery standards.
• Identify customer pain points, coordinate resources, and drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Measure and improve client‑facing processes to ensure consistent support across accounts.

Required profile

• Strong independent judgment and analytical decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer advocacy.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities and processes.
