Client Success/Activation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, client‑focused specialist to help our SaaS‑based fleet management customers get up and running quickly, generate bookings and stay engaged with the 1Now platform. The role bridges client success and marketing activation, ensuring new users see real value from the software.

Key responsibilities

• Assist newly onboarded clients in setting up listings, managing vehicles and receiving bookings.
• Build long‑term relationships, monitor usage data and re‑engage inactive clients.
• Guide clients on booking generation through listing optimisation and lead coordination.
• Provide marketing advice on social media, local ads and other online channels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and tech teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Collect client feedback to inform product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Marketing, Sales or Business Development, preferably in SaaS or mobility.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, engagement and retention strategies.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or customer engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Intercom.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and customer acquisition techniques.
