Short-Form Video Creator

About the role

The Short-Form Video Creator will produce engaging short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms, working on‑site in Lahore. The role collaborates closely with marketing and social media teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot and edit short‑form video content for multiple social channels.
• Generate fresh content ideas, maintain a production calendar and optimize videos for maximum engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, best practices and audience insights.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters and other creators to deliver cohesive visual storytelling.

Required profile

• Strong skills in video ideation, storyboarding and scripting for short‑form formats.
• Proficiency in shooting and editing videos using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, social media engagement strategies and audience targeting.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, adapt style for different clients and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a creative or agency setting and a portfolio of short‑form video work are highly beneficial.
