Clinic Registered Nurse

About the role

VitalDerm is seeking a full‑time Clinic Registered Nurse to join its Karachi clinic. The nurse will work on‑site providing direct patient care for dermatology and cosmetic procedures, supporting clinicians and ensuring a safe, patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clients for dermatologic and aesthetic procedures and assist clinicians during treatments.
• Conduct basic patient assessments, document histories, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer medications and provide wound or skin care in accordance with local regulations.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after interventions, responding to changes in status.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post‑procedure care, and skincare routines.
• Ensure infection‑control and safety standards are followed and that equipment is used correctly.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations.

Required profile

• Active nursing license/registration meeting local regulatory requirements.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Experience in clinical settings, preferably dermatology, cosmetic or outpatient care.
• Strong patient‑care skills, including assessment, monitoring and documentation.
• Ability to assist with minor procedures and follow standardized clinical pathways.
• Effective communication skills with a respectful, inclusive and trauma‑informed approach.
• Collaborative mindset, good time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages used in Karachi is an advantage.
