Clinical Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The role involves delivering professional pharmaceutical consultation to patients in designated clinics and supporting safe, effective medication use.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical consultation to patients at assigned clinics.
• Understand patients’ medication‑related concerns and offer appropriate guidance.
• Review prescriptions and communicate information on usage, dosage, and precautions.
• Promote safe and effective use of medicines in line with professional standards.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Pharm‑D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional registration or license as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong patient‑handling and consultation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work according to clinic timings and business requirements.
