Clinical Provider – Counsellor / Clinical Psychologist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Provider – either a Counsellor or a Clinical Psychologist – to deliver one‑on‑one mental‑health support to our clients in Karachi, either via telehealth or on‑site. You will work within a collaborative network that aims to expand access to quality mental‑health care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 60‑minute individual counselling or psychotherapy sessions to clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction and related conditions.
• Deliver services through telehealth platforms and, when required, on‑site at our facilities.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to refine the platform, develop client programmes and share clinical insights.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling (or Counselling Psychology) or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 300 hours of post‑qualification clinical or counselling experience, including practicum/internship.
• Active professional licence valid in Pakistan.
• Fluency in English, Urdu and Seraiki.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling or managerial coaching is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy or Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy.
