Clinical Representative (DPT) – Healthcare IT

About the role

Sequel Technologies is seeking a DPT‑qualified Clinical Representative to serve as the primary clinical liaison for new electronic health record (EHR) implementations. You will work closely with U.S. healthcare providers, helping them transition to our cloud‑based EHR platform while ensuring clinical documentation meets regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure clinical setups, templates, encounter forms, order sets, lab orders, and documentation tools for new clients.
• Support basic EHR/EMR workflows, including SOAP notes, macros, labs, procedures, and e‑prescribing.
• Conduct remote training sessions for U.S. providers and internal teams on documentation workflows, AI clinical tools, and integrated modules.
• Perform quality checks on clinical workflows and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and MIPS guidelines.
• Respond to internal and external support tickets, document issues, and escalate complex cases.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide feedback to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• DPT education completed (non‑practicing).
• Basic experience or strong interest in healthcare IT, EHR/EMR systems.
• Willingness to learn specialty‑specific clinical workflows.
• Good communication, training, and documentation abilities.
