Clinical Representative

About the role

Sequel Technologies is seeking a Clinical Representative to serve as the primary clinical contact for new EHR implementation clients. You will support U.S.-based healthcare providers transitioning to our EHR system, ensuring smooth clinical setups and documentation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main clinical liaison for new EHR implementation projects.
• Configure clinical templates, encounter forms, order sets, lab orders, and documentation tools based on client needs.
• Support basic EHR/EMR workflows, including SOAP notes, macros, labs, and procedures.
• Conduct remote training sessions for healthcare providers and internal teams.
• Guide users through clinical documentation processes such as HPI, ROS, Physical Exam, Assessment, and Plan.
• Assist with AI clinical tools, e‑prescribing, and integrated clinical modules.
• Perform quality checks on clinical workflows and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and MIPS standards.
• Respond to support tickets, document issues, and escalate complex cases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in system testing and UAT, and provide feedback.

Required profile

• Basic experience or strong interest in healthcare, IT, or EHR/EMR systems.
• Solid clinical foundation with a willingness to learn EHR workflows.
• Completed DPT education (non‑practicing) is mandatory.
• Good communication, training, and documentation abilities.
