Clinical Support Specialist - Inventory

About the role

The Clinical Support Specialist – Inventory ensures seamless coordination for Home Haemodialysis patients, handling weekly outreach, scheduling, and inventory management. You will act as the primary point of contact for patients’ supply needs while supporting the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact all Home Haemodialysis patients on a weekly basis.
• Schedule patient‑care technicians and manage patient care surveys.
• Coordinate inventory requests and place supply orders for patients.
• Direct medical queries to nurses via email.
• Participate in individual and group projects assigned by management.
• Undertake special projects and other duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in patient coordination or healthcare scheduling.
• Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal abilities.

What we offer

• Night‑shift schedule: Monday‑Friday, 6 pm – 3 am PKT.
• Gross salary: $450 – $500 USD per month.
