Cloud Technical Specialist

About the role

Zones is seeking a Cloud Technical Specialist to deliver high‑quality technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions. You will work directly with partners and end‑customers, ensuring smooth operation of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot identity and access management issues such as SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and directory synchronization.
• Manage Azure subscriptions, virtual machines, networking, VPN gateways, availability sets, monitoring, and resource consumption reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical and licensing inquiries related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and CSP offerings.
• Meet Service Level Agreements by resolving support requests promptly.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Conduct technical consultations and day‑to‑day operational support for customer administrators and IT teams.
• Stay current on Microsoft cloud technologies, licensing programs, and industry trends through continuous learning.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud platforms and licensing models.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing business requirements.
