CNC Machine Designer Cum Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Designer Cum Operator to convert custom designs into CNC‑ready files and operate our laser cutting machinery. The role combines creative design work with hands‑on machine operation to deliver high‑quality architectural components.

Key responsibilities

• Create and convert design files (DXF, AI, SVG, CDR) for CNC laser cutting.
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines to ensure safe and precise production.
• Inspect finished parts against strict quality standards before delivery or installation.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC operation and design software.
• Strong understanding of laser cutting parameters and material handling (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium).
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy on every cut.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related technical certification is a plus.
