Cold Caller – Remote US Market (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, results‑driven Cold Caller to join our lead generation team. Working remotely, you will contact prospective clients across the United States during US business hours, generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects across the USA.
• Follow structured scripts while adapting communication style to different audiences.
• Identify decision‑makers and qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and log all activity in the CRM.
• Handle objections professionally and meet daily, weekly and monthly call targets.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing or outbound sales, preferably targeting the US market.
• Excellent verbal English with a neutral or American accent.
• Self‑motivated, resilient to rejection and able to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
