Commercial Director – Luxury Architectural Surfaces

About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Director to shape and execute the national commercial strategy for the premium luxury architectural surfaces division of our client, HR Business Solutions, based in Islamabad. The role will drive growth of high‑end building‑material products across residential and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a nationwide commercial plan for luxury architectural surfaces, porcelain slabs, tiles, sanitaryware and luxury kitchens.
- Lead and motivate a high‑performing B2B sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and contractors.
- Oversee specification sales and ensure seamless delivery of premium products to high‑end projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy accordingly.
Required profile
- 15–18+ years of experience in luxury building‑materials or related high‑end product sectors.
- Proven track record in B2B project and specification sales.
- Established network with key industry stakeholders such as architects, designers and developers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and drive national commercial growth.
