Commercial Manager – Airline Pricing & Revenue

About the role

Emirates is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead pricing, fare distribution and field marketing activities for its operations in Pakistan. Based in Karachi, the role focuses on driving revenue growth, maximizing yield and strengthening market share across Emirates Online and other sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Pricing Team to deliver pricing, fare rules and product distribution across all sales channels.
• Monitor market performance, competitor activity and industry trends to identify commercial opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Prepare market intelligence, route performance reports, market‑share assessments and regular sales and marketing reports.
• Oversee group sales and inclusive tour business, including negotiations, seat allocation and utilisation monitoring.
• Manage debit/credit memo investigations, revenue accounting queries and ticketing compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Travel & Tourism or related field.
• Significant experience in airline sales, travel agency operations or commercial management with proven team‑leadership.
• Strong understanding of airline sales distribution, pricing, fares, yield management and group sales.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
