Commission-Based Business Development Executive (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

NexPrime Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join its sales team on a commission‑based, part‑time basis. You will work remotely, reaching out to potential clients across Pakistan to promote web development, SEO and digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect small businesses, service providers and growing companies throughout Pakistan.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, WhatsApp, social media messages and email.
• Present and pitch website development, SEO and digital marketing packages.
• Follow up leads, negotiate terms and guide prospects to a closed deal.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing and onboarding for interested clients.
• Represent NexPrime professionally in all communications.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Self‑starter able to work independently without daily supervision.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and using various messaging platforms.
• Prior sales, business development or client‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of SEO.
• Knowledge of website development concepts.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles.
