Commission-Based Sales Executive (Remote)

About the role

onease is looking for a remote, commission‑only Sales Executive to become the first point of contact for US immigration law firms. You will create short, personalized Loom videos that highlight audit findings and explain how our services can improve their online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Record personalized Loom videos for prospects using provided audit scripts and talking points.
• Deliver an agreed volume of videos each week/day while maintaining a professional yet human tone.
• Represent onease as the initial impression for potential clients.
• Follow the onboarding pitch and sales process supplied by the company.

Required profile

• Comfortable and natural on camera.
• Clear, fluent spoken English for a US‑facing audience.
• Self‑motivated and able to drive your own output in a commission‑only model.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for recording.
• Bonus: background in sales, marketing, or client‑facing roles.

Required skills

• Loom video recording tool.
