Communication Officer (Social & Digital) – Punjab Family Planning Program

About the role

The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP), a World Bank‑funded initiative, is recruiting two qualified professionals on a contract basis: a Communication Officer (Social & Digital) and a Social & Gender Officer. Both positions will support the program’s health and population objectives through strategic communication and gender‑sensitive interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies, including social media campaigns, to raise awareness of family planning services.
• Produce digital content (graphics, videos, posts) tailored to target audiences.
• Coordinate with project partners and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Conduct gender analysis and integrate gender perspectives into program activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication and gender initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an HEC‑recognized university in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Gender Studies, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in development projects.
• Female or transgender candidates are encouraged to apply.
