Community Manager – Member Relations & Operations

About the role

Kickstart, Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator, is seeking a Community Manager for its Islamabad location. You will own the day‑to‑day running of the space and ensure members enjoy a seamless, engaging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, handling queries, requests and concerns promptly.
• Build and nurture ongoing relationships through regular check‑ins, floor walks and personalized engagement.
• Gather and analyse member feedback via conversations and surveys to drive satisfaction.
• Support sales tours, provide on‑ground insights and help retain at‑risk members.
• Oversee facility operations – safety, security, cleanliness and maintenance – coordinating with the maintenance team.
• Track consumables, supplies and expenses for accurate budgeting.
• Supervise on‑site staff (community executives, guards, housekeeping) and provide coaching.
• Manage the full lifecycle of member complaints, escalating when necessary and identifying systemic issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in community, hospitality or member services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
• Hospitality background (hotels, restaurants, QSR) is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets; experience with a CRM or member‑management platform such as OfficeRnD is advantageous.
