Community Marketing Manager – Reddit Focus (Remote)

About the role

This full‑time remote position focuses on Reddit marketing and community growth. The ideal candidate will write professional English content, manage subreddits, and collaborate with influencers to promote our clients' products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise multiple subreddits to ensure a positive user experience.
• Develop and execute Reddit‑focused marketing campaigns.
• Engage with community members, foster discussions, and host AMAs, giveaways and partnerships.
• Collaborate with moderators and influencers to expand brand presence.
• Create and grow Reddit and Facebook accounts.
• Conduct research and produce analytical reports on campaign performance.
• Stay updated on Reddit trends and digital‑marketing best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Professional‑level written and verbal English skills.
• Proficiency in English content writing.
• Understanding of Reddit’s features and community culture.
• Creative thinking, problem‑solving and strong organisational abilities.
• Passion for social media and online community building.
• Attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
• Global digital‑marketing experience is a plus.
