Compensation & Benefits Consultant (Talent Analytics)

About the role

Abacus is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Consultant specializing in Talent Analytics to join its Human Capital Solutions team. You will work with local and multinational clients, helping them make data‑driven compensation and talent decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of Compensation & Benefits consulting and talent analytics services across various sectors.
• Collect, consolidate, and manage employee compensation and benefits data from clients.
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify market trends, pay positioning, and insights.
• Assist with market benchmarking, develop client‑specific recommendations, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Help design compensation structures, salary benchmarks, incentive plans, and benefits solutions.
• Coordinate with clients on methodology, project queries, and deliverables.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and provide high‑level service.

Required profile

• MBA or Master’s degree with a major in Human Resources.
• 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or Payroll.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
