Compliance Audit Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Audit Associate to join our fast‑paced 3PL supply chain team. In this role you will help ensure that our operations meet all relevant customs, logistics and supply‑chain regulations while identifying and closing process gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal compliance and process audits across the supply‑chain network.
• Identify risks, non‑compliance issues and process gaps, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and follow‑up action plans.
• Maintain compliance with customs documentation, trade regulations and logistics standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen overall compliance excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in audit, compliance, logistics or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong research, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with rule‑heavy subjects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools for data analysis and presentation.
