About the role

The District and Sessions Judge, Mansehra is recruiting for three entry‑level positions: Computer Operator (BPS‑16), Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS‑14) and Junior Clerk (BPS‑11). These roles support the administrative and clerical functions of the district court.

Key responsibilities

Computer Operator: manage computer systems, data entry, and basic IT support for the district office.
Junior Scale Stenographer: take shorthand notes, type official documents, and maintain accurate records.
Junior Clerk: handle routine clerical tasks, file documents, and assist with correspondence.

Required profile

Computer Operator: MSc/BIT/BCS or equivalent, age 18‑30.
Junior Scale Stenographer: Intermediate qualification, shorthand speed 50 wpm, typing speed 35 wpm in English, age 18‑30.
Junior Clerk: Secondary School Certificate, typing speed 30 wpm, age 18‑30.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office (preferred for stenographer).
Shorthand writing ability (for stenographer).
Fast typing skills (minimum speeds specified per post).
