Construction Estimator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Construction Estimator to join our estimation team. You will support senior estimators by preparing accurate cost estimates and bid proposals for a variety of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to develop cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take‑offs for materials, labour, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals, budgets, and tender documents.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and evaluate quotations.
• Maintain and update cost databases, pricing lists, and historical cost records.
• Analyze completed projects to compare estimated versus actual costs.
• Participate in site visits or project meetings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company estimating standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a construction estimator.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and methods, preferably with fencing projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
