Architectural Designer – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Architectural Designer with strong Revit expertise to create innovative design solutions for residential, commercial and institutional projects. The role involves producing detailed drawings, 3‑D renderings and models while collaborating closely with architects, engineers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, plans and 3‑D renderings for interior and exterior spaces.
• Use Revit, SketchUp and 3Ds Max to produce accurate models and visualisations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to refine concepts and ensure feasibility.
• Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and design boards for client meetings.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify design accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials and innovative design practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and design.
• Portfolio showcasing interior and exterior design projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics, functionality and budget.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in 3Ds Max.
