Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead the delivery of high‑rise building, shopping mall and hotel projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver construction projects in line with approved schedules and budgets.
• Create action plans for contractors, monitor cost control and enforce health & safety standards.
• Oversee risks, hurdles and obstacles that could delay progress.
• Facilitate contractor communication, clarify RFIs, and ensure timely monthly billing.
• Procure and manage delivery of materials from the employer and supervise site operations.
• Guarantee quality workmanship, appropriate manpower allocation and optimal material utilization.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and coordinate between head office and site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or B‑Tech Civil.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction, including grey work, MEP and finishing of high‑rise buildings, shopping malls and 5‑star hotels.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects, control costs and meet strict deadlines.
