About the role
ROSEC SOLAR is seeking a skilled Residential Solar Permit Plan Designer to join its on‑site team. The role focuses on creating detailed design and permit documentation for residential solar PV projects, ensuring full compliance with local codes and international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop complete permit plan sets for residential solar installations using AutoCAD.
- Perform string sizing calculations and generate single‑line diagrams.
- Design site plans, conduct shade analyses, and prepare layout drawings.
- Update DWG files according to instructions from the engineering and sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical colleagues to align designs with project requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience with AutoCAD in a solar or electrical design environment.
- Strong understanding of residential solar PV system design and relevant codes (NEC, IEC, etc.).
- Ability to work on‑site near Naval Anchorage, Islamabad.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
