About the role

Scents N Stories is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to craft visually compelling and engaging content for its digital platforms. The role covers planning, creation and analysis of content across social media, including video and photography.

Key responsibilities

• Stay up to date with social media trends, memes and viral content to create relevant posts.
• Develop creative content ideas and strategies aligned with the brand's storytelling identity and target audience.
• Create and publish funny, trending and engaging content, captions, videos and photos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Shoot, edit and produce short videos showcasing the fragrances and telling their stories.
• Take high-quality product and lifestyle photos that match the brand aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to keep content cohesive and on brand.
• Analyse content performance and use insights to improve future posts and strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Media Science, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook and their algorithms.
• Creative writing skills with a sense of humor, relatability and storytelling.
• Ability to research trends and adapt them to the brand's voice.
• Strong organisational skills to plan and execute content calendars.

Required skills

• Video-making and editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Basic photography skills and an eye for aesthetics.
