Content Lead

About the role

Melbrew is seeking a fast‑thinking Content Lead to own the brand’s content strategy and execution across social media, digital platforms, campaigns and brand moments. You will turn emerging trends, real‑life moments and AI‑driven ideas into scroll‑stopping content at the speed of culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end content workflow: from brief to published reels, videos, memes, stories and copy.
• Spot and translate emerging internet conversations, cultural trends and everyday coffee moments into timely, brand‑relevant assets.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, production and editing while preserving brand voice.
• Maintain and execute a consistent content calendar that balances always‑on posts, campaigns and reactive brand moments.
• Track performance metrics, analyse what resonates and iterate continuously.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or brand storytelling.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered creative tools and video‑editing workflows.
• Strong portfolio of short‑form video, reels and social‑first campaigns.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to execution without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
• Experience in F&B, FMCG, lifestyle or hospitality is a plus.
