Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Lead will drive a culture of ongoing enhancement across the organization, focusing on process efficiency, waste reduction, and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities and reduce waste.
• Collect and analyze performance data, measure key metrics, and pinpoint improvement areas.
• Apply problem‑solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen to develop and implement solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor the impact of initiatives, adjust actions as needed, and report ROI to management.
• Train and coach employees on continuous‑improvement tools and foster an innovative mindset.

Required profile

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering (preferably Chemical) with 5‑7 years of continuous‑improvement experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt is a plus).
• Strong report writing and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt certification).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
