Country Driver Operations Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Driver Operations Team Leader to oversee and optimise our driver network across Pakistan. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations, drive performance improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to attract, activate and retain drivers through effective acquisition channels and tools.
• Analyse regional and market trends using reporting tools and socio‑economic data to inform strategy.
• Plan and manage budgets while aligning with key performance indicators and cost‑efficiency goals.
• Conduct immersive market research, including interviews and focus groups, to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor competitors to identify market gaps and opportunities.
• Foster cross‑functional cooperation with business development, marketing and marketplace teams.
• Lead and develop the team, setting transparent targets and personalised development plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of team management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of the ride‑hailing industry in Pakistan.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on insights.
• Hands‑on experience managing projects through their full lifecycle.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ level) and willingness to travel.
