Country Manager – Sales (Pakistan)

About the role

The Country Manager – Sales will lead ICT Distribution’s sales strategy and operations across Pakistan. Reporting to the APAC leadership team, you will be responsible for market expansion, revenue growth and strengthening vendor partnerships in a fast‑moving technology distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales forecasts, strategic plans and budgets using data‑driven insights.
• Build, manage and expand partner and distributor networks throughout Pakistan.
• Lead sales operations to meet and exceed revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Negotiate commercial terms and strengthen relationships with global vendors.
• Design and implement automated sales processes to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Monitor performance through reports, metrics and dashboards.
• Represent the company with key customers and strategic stakeholders.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations or a comparable field.
• Proven track record with global sales teams and consultative/solution selling.
• Strong negotiation, closing skills and a high win rate.
• Experience in distribution sales and rapid growth environments.
• Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels while maintaining confidentiality.
