Creative Lead, Organic & Social

About the role

OpenArt is seeking a senior Creative Lead to own the creative direction of its organic social content. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of visual designers, motion designers, and video editors, shaping the visual storytelling across all owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of visual designers, motion designers, video editors, and other creative contributors.
• Own creative direction and quality across OpenArt’s organic social channels.
• Develop original concepts for product launches, announcements, events, brand moments, and recurring series.
• Translate ideas into clear briefs, scripts, storyboards, and visual references for execution.
• Provide actionable feedback on design, motion, video editing, typography, composition, and overall visual execution.
• Collaborate with social, community, product marketing, and broader marketing teams to define content strategy.
• Conduct competitive and trend research across AI, technology, creator, entertainment, and social media brands.
• Identify new formats, visual styles, and content ideas for testing and build repeatable creative systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative direction, social creative, design, motion, or video.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong portfolio of social‑first work across design, motion, and video.
• Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) and how creative adapts to each.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and the AI creative ecosystem.
