Creative Operations & HR Coordinator

About the role

Backticksai is seeking a Creative Operations & HR Coordinator to blend creativity with HR expertise. You will support brand visibility, manage recruitment processes, and help streamline daily HR operations in a fast‑growing tech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn and social media content, designing graphics with Canva or similar tools.
• Maintain content calendars to ensure a consistent online presence and highlight company services, projects, and culture.
• Manage job postings, screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, support onboarding, and handle HR documentation and record‑keeping.
• Assist with internal communications, employee engagement activities, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, content creation, or social media management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive, creative mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn for recruitment and branding.
• Proficiency in Canva (or similar graphic design tools) for social media content creation.
