Culinary Instructor

About the role

The Culinary Instructor will lead hands‑on cooking and baking classes, guiding learners through both fundamental and advanced techniques. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Lahore District and contributes to the university’s mission of empowering students with practical culinary skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and deliver course curricula and lesson plans for culinary and pastry programs.
• Organise ingredients, equipment, and a safe, hygienic teaching kitchen for each session.
• Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate practical exercises.
• Collaborate with academic staff on program improvements and participate in departmental meetings and events.

Required profile

• Formal culinary education or certification from a recognised institute (preferred).
• Prior experience as a culinary instructor, chef, or kitchen supervisor in an educational or professional setting.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to an inclusive learning environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and kitchen safety practices.
