About the role
We are hiring a Customer Accounts & Marketing Executive to create and maintain customer accounts, handle marketing calls and support customers with their queries.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Handle marketing calls and communicate with potential customers.
- Fill out customer forms and maintain accurate records.
- Guide customers regarding our services and procedures.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide professional support.
Required profile
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or account handling preferred.
