Customer Sales Executive

About the role

Switch Enterprises is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Executive to join our Lahore team. This full-time position involves engaging with customers through phone calls and messaging, understanding their requirements and promoting our range of products and services to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries and initiate outbound calls and messages to generate interest.
• Assess customer needs, suggest appropriate products or services, and close sales.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads, track progress, and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.
• Provide prompt, professional support and collaborate with team members to improve processes and results.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly tone.
• Basic computer literacy and proficient typing ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Energetic, passionate and highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
