About the role

MGC Developments is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Sales Representative to join its real‑estate team in DHA Phase 2, Rawalpindi. The role involves handling inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about real‑estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert prospects into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct sales calls, arrange client meetings, and deliver project presentations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
