Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business opportunities and revenue growth for real‑estate projects. You will build strong client relationships, present properties, and close deals to meet monthly and annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present real estate projects and conduct property site visits.
• Negotiate deals, manage client follow‑ups, and close sales to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines through CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional client experience through professional communication and timely support.
• Prepare sales reports and collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with ability to convert leads into successful deals.
