Sales Executive

About the role

Waystar Royco Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales and build strong client relationships in the Taxila region. The role focuses on generating leads, presenting projects, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads for real‑estate projects.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and provide suitable investment solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales reports and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay updated on market trends and project information to meet assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in sales (real‑estate experience preferred) is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Urdu.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to build lasting client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software.
