Customer Sales Representative – US Market

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative who will serve US‑based customers from our Karachi office. The role focuses on outbound follow‑up calls, relationship building and consultative selling with warm leads and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Engage US customers over the phone, handling inquiries and follow‑up conversations.
• Develop professional relationships through intelligent, consultative dialogue.
• Use premium US CRM and logistics tracking tools to record interactions and monitor sales pipelines.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through uncapped commissions.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to the evening shift schedule (6 PM – 2 AM, Mon‑Sat).

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making outbound follow‑up calls and building customer relationships.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in international sales or customer support, or a motivated fresher with the right attitude.
• Available for a permanent evening shift and able to commute to Gulistan‑E‑Jouhar, Karachi.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
