Customer Service Executive – Night Shift

About the role
Join our in‑house US operations as a Customer Service Executive working night shift. You will support our own US customers directly, without third‑party campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound queries from US customers.
- Provide professional solutions aiming for first‑contact resolution.
- Use premium CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a neutral or American accent (non‑negotiable).
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international BPO or CSR environment.
- Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
