About the role
The Customer Service Manager will act as the focal point for all non‑trade corporate queries, ensuring high‑quality service for corporate clients in the UAE and overseas.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate queries such as remittance, cheque clearing, and account opening.
- Support the Team Leader/Customer Service Manager to meet unit SLAs and maintain top‑level service.
- Escalate issues promptly to supervisors for evaluation and further action.
- Identify root causes and propose process improvements.
- Understand client needs to deliver effective service.
Required profile
- University graduate with 3‑5 years of corporate customer service experience.
- At least 2 years of cash‑management or operations experience; FI experience is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience using Flexcube.
- Familiarity with payment platforms and related operational processes.
