Customer Service Representative & Affiliate Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative & Affiliate Sales Specialist to join our on‑site team in Karachi. You will deliver top‑notch support to our customers, resolve inquiries promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction while also driving affiliate sales and nurturing partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners.
• Support affiliate sales initiatives and help achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or support.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and affiliates.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Experience in sales or affiliate marketing is advantageous.
