About the role

Efay IT Solutions is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative in Rawalpindi to handle inbound calls from U.S.-based patients and schedule appointments with healthcare providers. The position is full-time and on-site, working the 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM shift.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound patient calls professionally.
Schedule, confirm and reschedule doctor appointments.
Respond to patient inquiries and give appointment information.
Maintain accurate patient and appointment records.
Deliver excellent customer service and patient support.

Required profile

1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare or a call center.
Excellent spoken English with a clear American accent.
Experience handling inbound calls and appointment scheduling.
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
U.S. healthcare or medical billing knowledge is a plus.
