Customer Service Representative – Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service Representative – Dispatch Coordinator ensures smooth transportation operations for students and families, acting as the central communication hub between drivers, schools, parents, and internal teams. You will monitor trips in real time, support drivers, and resolve issues to maintain reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily transportation operations and real‑time trip schedules.
• Assign routes, track driver activity, and adjust trips as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers, schools, parents, and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and issue resolution.
• Assist with driver onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and system updates; monitor service metrics and escalate issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
• Solution‑oriented attitude with high attention to detail.
