About the role
A full-time Customer Service Representative position is open in DHA, Phase 6, Lahore, for people fluent in Italian or French; fluency in both is a strong plus. The role handles customer queries about payments and transactions, and covers 12-hour shifts with 7-day coverage and 24/7 operations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries by chat and email about payments and transactions
- Assist buyers and sellers with transaction-related questions and concerns
- Manage customer support tickets in Zendesk and resolve them on time
- Follow documented processes and guidelines stored in Confluence
- Coordinate with internal teams via Slack to resolve customer issues
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience
Required profile
- 1-2 years of experience
- Fluency in Italian or French; fluency in both is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a shift-based environment, including weekends and rotational shifts
