Experienced Cold Caller

About the role

Getech.pk, an AI-powered digital growth partner offering SEO, GEO, AEO, PPC, website and app development, CRM implementation and social media management, is hiring an Experienced Cold Caller. The role is full-time and on-site at the Getech.pk office in Lahore, where you will introduce the company's digital and AI-powered services to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to targeted business leads, qualify prospects and pitch relevant solutions.
• Schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow structured call scripts while adapting to client needs.
• Meet or exceed call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share market feedback and support lead-generation campaigns.

Required profile

• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales or call center environments, preferably in B2B or technology-focused businesses.
• Understanding of digital marketing and technology services (SEO, PPC, web and app development) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Lahore.

Required skills

• Strong cold calling and outbound sales skills, able to handle high call volumes and engage decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and persuasive presentation, with clear telephone etiquette.
• Experience using CRM tools and basic data entry to track leads and manage follow-ups.
• Results-oriented mindset, time management and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
