Customer Service Representative – US Client Support

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage follow‑up communication with existing US clients. The role involves handling post‑sale queries, onboarding questions, service documentation and maintaining accurate interaction records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to US client inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with onboarding and post‑sale support.
• Complete and file service documentation accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre, BPO or international customer service environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Patient, composed and solution‑oriented attitude.
• High school diploma (university students welcome).
• Full availability for a fixed shift (Monday‑Saturday, 6 PM‑2 AM) on‑site.
