Customer Service Sales Specialist (US Telecom)

About the role

Simply Connect is looking for a motivated Customer Service Sales Specialist to engage US customers, promote telecom services and drive sales. The position is onsite in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, on a flexible night shift, and requires strong English communication skills, confidence, persuasive ability and a customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
• Recommend internet, TV and mobile plans based on customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; 1-2 years of US telecom sales experience preferred.
• Experience in US telecom campaigns, especially with AT&T, Spectrum or similar providers, is an advantage.
• Previous BPO or call center experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong English communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to meet and achieve sales targets.
